The room had air conditioning and included an ironing set, electronic key card, and coffee/tea making facilities. the staff were very friendly, providing exceptional service. the hotel has a family-friendly vibe and is located in a beautifully designed building in a quiet spot at the foot of the forest. it's just a short walk from an eighteenth-century neoclassical palace.

There was lots of fine meals. The room I booked was recently renovated and air-conditioned, complete with easy access to restaurant, a great temperature and comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was next to the centre of town from, a very nice castle and Strasbourg...

It was all superb.

De kamers waren schoon en ruim, met een heerlijk bed. De badkamer was natuurlijk schoon en netjes. Het ontbijt was goed met een uitgebreide selectie. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De locatie was perfect, dichtbij het metrostation en in een mooie buurt met winkels en restaurants.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. Plus, we enjoyed the hotel's location, close to a popular attraction and a highway for easy travel.

Although we had a positive experience, we think that there is room for improvement. The room lacked some finishing touches, like curtains on the windows facing the parking lot and no place in the bathroom to hang towels or put toiletries.
